  6. officials and taunt his opponents. But he also 
  7. played great tennis.

  9. His best year was 1974, when he won the 
  10. Australian Open, Wimbledon, and the U.S. 
  11. Open. Although he never had another year 
  12. like 1974, he did win the U.S. Open four more 
  13. times, and Wimbledon once more. As he 
  14. grew older, Jimmy grew more popular with
  15. tennis fans, who enjoyed his fiery will to win.
  16. Jimmy retired in 1992, but he still competes 
  17. in a few tournaments.
